Terms of service

⚠️ Draft for review — not legal advice. Every statement below was written to match what this platform actually does in code. Text in [SQUARE BRACKETS] is a business or legal decision that must be completed before you publish, and this notice removed. Have a lawyer review the result.
1. Who we are
These terms govern your use of [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("we", "us"), registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], and any booking you make through this website.
We are a travel agency. When you book a flight or a hotel with us, we arrange it with the airline or the property through our supplier. We are not the airline and we are not the hotel. The carrier's or property's own conditions of carriage, fare rules and house rules apply to your booking in addition to these terms.
2. Prices and currency
Prices are shown in Philippine pesos (₱). Where a supplier prices in another currency, we convert it at our own rate, which may differ from the interbank rate or your card issuer's rate.
The price you see is the total we will charge you for the booking, including our service fee. We do not itemise our fee separately. The amount shown at the moment you pay is the amount charged.
3. Hotels: fees you pay at the property
Some hotels charge mandatory fees directly to you at check-in — for example a refundable deposit, a resort fee, or a city tax. Where the property discloses these to us, we show them on the booking page labelled as payable at the property.
These amounts are not included in what we charge you, and we do not collect them. You pay them to the hotel. They are shown for information only, are set by the property, and may change.
4. Booking, payment and confirmation
You pay before your booking is confirmed. Payment does not by itself create a ticket or a reservation.
Once your payment succeeds we request the booking from the airline or hotel. This normally completes in moments, but it is not instant and it can fail — for example if the fare or room sells out, or the airline rejects the details. If it fails, we refund what you paid in full. If we cannot immediately tell whether it succeeded, we will hold your booking while we confirm with the supplier and contact you. Do not book again in that situation; you risk paying twice.
Your booking is confirmed only when we send you a confirmation showing a booking reference and, for flights, a ticket number or PNR.
5. Your details are your responsibility
You must give us names, dates of birth, and (for international travel) passport details that exactly match the travel documents you will present.
Airlines and hotels enforce this strictly. A name that does not match the passport, an incorrect date of birth, or a passenger booked in the wrong age category can result in the airline refusing to carry you, with no refund. Most airline tickets cannot be changed to a different name after they are issued. Please check every detail before you pay.
6. Changes and cancellations
Flights. [DECIDE AND STATE YOUR FLIGHT CANCELLATION POLICY. ⚠️ Note for whoever completes this: the platform currently refunds the customer's payment IN FULL on a cancellation and absorbs any airline penalty itself. Confirm that this is your intended commercial policy before describing it here — a promise made in these terms is binding, and airline penalties can approach the value of the fare. If it is not intended, change the code first, then write this section to match.]
Hotels. The cancellation terms for your specific room are shown on the booking page before you pay, and they are the property's terms, not ours. They commonly include a deadline after which the booking is non-refundable in whole or in part. We show those deadlines and charges as the property gave them to us, and they are what apply. Some rooms are non-refundable from the moment of booking.
A hotel cancellation is confirmed by the property, not instantly by us. We request it immediately, and any refund due is returned once the property confirms the cancellation.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides how quickly the money appears, and we do not control that.
7. Your booking link
Your confirmation, e-ticket and voucher can be opened by anyone who has the link, without signing in. This is deliberate, so that you can retrieve a booking made as a guest and forward it to the people travelling. Treat the link as private, and do not post it publicly. You can also link a booking to a registered account, after which only that account can open it.
8. Payment security
Card payments are handled by our payment provider on their own secure page. We never receive or store your card number.
9. Our responsibility
We are responsible for arranging your booking with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for the performance of the airline or hotel itself — including delays, cancellations by the carrier, schedule changes, overbooking, service quality, or anything that happens at the property. Those are matters for the airline or hotel under their own terms, though we will help you deal with them where we reasonably can.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law, including under the Consumer Act.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of [CITY / VENUE] have jurisdiction.
